EUROPE LEAGUE TICKET PACKAGE.
We are aware that some supporters are experiencing problems completing purchase.
We wrote to the club today and you will note our email and the club’s speedy response which is appreciated.

Europe League Ticket Package - Some Purchasers Unable To Complete
Hi Nicola,
We've had some reports from our members that when trying to purchase the 3 Ticket package for our Europa League home games an error message pops up and the transaction seems unable to be completed but money has subsequently been taken from bank accounts.
This means some fans are spending long times on hold with the Ticket Office and there are concerns that some may end up not being able to purchase their own seat for these fixtures.
Would it be possible for the purchase deadline to be extended while these issues are resolved?
Also, can a blanket email be sent to all ST holders offering reassurance that the club is aware of some issues and that all ST holders who wish to purchase their own seat using the package offer will be able to?

Morning Andy,
I have reported this error to Ticketmaster and am awaiting confirmation.
I will keep you all updated and will of course make the necessary changes to the buy window (given the first game is next week).

Has the same set up with the opportunity to update behind the 3 dots so suspect those that have bought the 3 game package for their season ticket seat will be able to REFRESH

Arrived as an email which you can add as a separate item to add to your phone WALLET next to your season ticket version.
Obviously will update like the season ticket does for subsequent matches

Haven’t got mine yet but just received this message from customer services. “Thanks for getting in touch. Tickets for Thursdays ECL fixture against FCSB are in the process of being sent out. Thanks, Chelsea”
Chelsea are sorting my ticket!

Bought a single ticket for FCSB last night. As with the Viborg the ground is well under 50% sold but, this could be influenced by the technical issues.
FWIW payment was taken but the ticket PDF not yet sent

For these Europa Conference tickets, are they updating on the ST digital ticket?
Mine updated yesterday but says Newcastle on it and not the Conference game.
Ticket purchase went through fine.
